While we are sometimes available for "short notice" events, we request at least a 30 day notice and a deposit of 10% of the total estimated check to hold dates. Your deposit goes toward the total estimated check. (In the event of a cancellation, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.)
We require a final guest count and remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event. If there are any additional changes resulting in higher cost after that time, they are to be paid the day of the event.
We do not hold a Liquor License in which to provide the sale of alcohol. Our bartenders/mixologists are simply serving items provided by the client and are therefore held harmless of any claims regarding the "use" or damages caused by anyone consuming alcohol at any event contracted. However, our servers have the right and will refuse service to anyone under the age of 21.
